During visits to the Santa Ynez Valley I got to know three very enthusiastic and down-to-Earth family members who work together to produce a fantastic collection of wine on their working ranch. “Big Mike” is the father of the operation and comes from the beloved Carhartt clothing company family, and with that Carhartt Family Wines carries a spirit of hard-working Americana. They have a genuine passion for winemaking on California’s Central Coast and the branding needed to be loud and proud about it. This project has been so fun to work on because I have been able to expand the branding beyond the bottle label and into marketing communications and merchandise.
